This was part of a pretty extensive project
handling wood rot.
This and
the next three sets all belong to this same
project.

The
original roofing contractor neglected to install the
felt underlayment before the shingles; the first two
pictures are the result.
I made sure I put down the felt with my new
installation!

This is
another wood rot project, these are before and after
pictures.
The base of this pillaster
turned out really nice.

Pretty
self-explanatory.
This room just needed a
little work.

This
was a fun project.
This is a custom front door
with a peep hole.

This
was a simple water-damaged hardwood floor
repair.

This
was a master bedroom closet that I built out and installed
a wire shelving system.
It has
a pocket door instead of a regular door to save
space.
A tale of...

A typical
Mid-south suburban house.
The ledge above
the first floor, right-hand
window.
The seal has given out and it
is starting to rot.
If not handled this would
have soon caused major problems with the window
below.
Applying a wood
rot stabilizer.
Filling the
void with an epoxy filler.
The final
product!
